This project aims to focus on issues related to the ecological, sustainable and healthy life style in the planning phase of the adolescent's professional trajectory and performance in the labor market, as a businessman and worker. We want to prepare young people to act consciously and responsibly in the market as consumers and producers thinking about the effects of climate change on their environment.

We want students to be able to control themselves online and not become addicted to smartphones, which can cause illness and the inability to establish and maintain relationships with other people. We want to prepare them to deal with stress, prevent burnouts and teach them how to manage time skillfully, so that in the future they can properly focus on their professional and personal lives and find balance both.

This will guarantee professional success at the same time that they will achieve well-being. We want to teach young people to create a personal brand and an employer brand. This will add value to the market student as an employee who consciously chooses an employer who cares about the environment and employees.

Participants will learn about current labor market trends and will acquire the ability to adapt to them. They will learn to use social media portals to promote themselves professionally and look for the job of their dreams. They will learn how ecological and healthy lifestyle trends can be a solution to appear in the local market as an entrepreneur. How to captivate others for their own actions and ideas that change the environment for the better.
